The Stony Brook-Millstone Watershed Association has been safeguarding the lands and waters of our 265-square mile watershed since 1949. We pursue our mission through environmental education, watershed science, land conservation, and advocacy. We provide more than 350 environmental education programs a year, conduct stream monitoring at more that 30 locations, advocate for state and local policies to protect the environment, and manage the 860-acre Watershed Reserve that hosts more than 10 miles of hiking trails and the largest community supported organic farm in the country. Our annual WatershedFEST provides critical support for
our experienced team of teacher-naturalists, scientists, land managers, policy analysts, and other professionals. Your support allows us to continue our efforts to conserve our precious local environment and inspire thousands of people to join our cause.
