From Rt. 206 traveling South from Princeton:                               Map - Printer Friendly

  • Turn right on Carter Road.                                                                      Interactive
  • Turn left on Elm Ridge Road.
  • At the light, turn right on Pennington-Rocky Hill Road.
  • Turn left on Titus Mill Road.
        Pass Wargo Road on the right (at our first white and green sign) and
        the shipping and receiving entrance to Bristol-Myers Squibb on the left.
  • Turn right onto the long paved driveway immediately before our white and green sign.
  • Parking for the Buttinger Nature Center is on the left.
        Parking for the Johnson Environmental Center is on the right.
    To exit - Proceed past the Nature Center and through the white pillars, back onto Titus Mill Road.

    From Rt. 31 traveling South:

  • Go through Flemington staying on Rt. 31 South.
  • Go three miles south of intersection of Rt. 518.
  • Turn left at the traffic light at Titus Mill Road
  • Proceed on Titus Mill Road for about 1 mile and turn left into the Stony Brook-Millstone
       Watershed Association Reserve (look for white sign)
  • Parking for the Buttinger Nature Center is on the left
  • Parking for the Johnson Environmental Center is on the right
    To exit - Proceed past the Nature Center and through the white pillars, back onto Titus Mill Road.

    From I-295 traveling North:

  • I-295 North becomes I-95 South. Take Exit 4 for Rt. 31 North to Pennington.
  • At the circle, take the 3rd exit to Rt. 31.
  • Continue on Rt. 31. Turn right at the traffic light at Titus Mill Road
  • Proceed on Titus Mill Road for about 1 mile and turn left into the Stony Brook-Millstone
       Watershed Association Reserve (look for white sign)
  • Parking for the Buttinger Nature Center is on the left
  • Parking for the Johnson Environmental Center is on the right
    To exit - Proceed past the Nature Center and through the white pillars, back onto Titus Mill Road.
