In 1993, the Watershed Association instituted an Internship program.

Our goals for the program are twofold:

• To increase the capacity of our education program by expanding our staff of skilled, trained field educators; and
  
  
• To prepare a corps of enthusiastic and energized environmental educators out into the world.

We reach both these goals by providing an intensive and rewarding internship that provides participants with a wide range of skills valuable to the world of environmental education.

Our Internship alumni are currently working at a variety of environmental centers as well as in school classrooms throughout the country.
